2. Service Description and Basic Refund Rules

LinkStatic provides real-time network access digital services with the characteristics of instant delivery and instant usage.

To ensure the sustainable operation of services, in principle, no automatic refund mechanism is applicable once an order is effective and resource delivery is completed.

Meanwhile, considering the uncertainty of network environments, we have established the following resource guarantee and refund rules to optimize your experience.

(1) IP Resource Guarantee Scheme

The availability of proxy IP resources may fluctuate due to network conditions, node load, and other factors.

If the IP resources obtained through the control panel cannot be connected or fail to meet basic performance expectations, please provide feedback through the above support channel in a timely manner.

We will verify and provide corresponding solutions.

(2) Refund Handling Fee Rules

· For refunds requested via Alipay or credit card: a 5% handling fee of the refund amount will be charged.

· For refunds requested via USDT: a fixed handling fee of 2 USD will be charged.

(3) Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund or Resource Return

We will not provide refunds or resource returns under any of the following circumstances:

· The account is restricted due to violation of LinkStatic Terms of Service or improper operations (e.g., abuse of IP resources, use for illegal purposes, etc.).

· The service is abnormal or unavailable due to the user's failure to use the service in accordance with the agreed terms.

· The service has been successfully activated and generated valid usage records (including but not limited to IP connections, traffic consumption, etc.).

· Requests caused by the user's own operational errors (e.g., wrong package purchase, duplicate orders, etc.) after the service has been properly delivered.
